- An account in the Bosch HomeCom Easy
- The heat pump is set up in the Bosch HomeCom Easy
- There should be no service partner assigned

FAQ
Q: When will new values for my heat pump be displayed?
A: We show new values when:
- the operating status changes
- the compressor power increases by at least 100 Watt
- the temperature changes by at least 1°C
Q: Which data of my Bosch heat pump are displayed?
A: We display the compressor power in Watts, cylinder temperature and operating status.
Q: Why is only the temperature displayed for me?
A: Unfortunately, older models do not support power transfer, so these cannot be displayed.
